Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, to secure your place on an adventure that is 90 days or more from departure, we require a small, non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

If you are booking an adventure that is less than 60 days from departure, you will be required to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

How much is the deposit?

Deposits are usually 15-20% of the total fees and are non-refundable. However, deposits are transferrable up to 60 days before departure.

What currency options are available?

We currently offer payment only in INR.

What payment methods are available?

For customers in India, we only accept payment via Bank Transfer, UPI, EMIs, Wallets, Debit or Credit Cards. For customers outside of India, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Solo and American Express.

Do you automatically take the payment from my card?

We're unable to take automatic payments from our customers, so you will need to log in to your dashboard and make a manual payment.

Can I pay via instalments?

We can arrange a payment plan for you with the final payment due 60 days before departure.

Are there extra fees for paying in instalments?

No. The price is the same whether you pay in a lump sum or in instalments.

Do you charge a booking fee or currency conversion fee?

Experience Co. does not charge any booking fees or currency conversion fees.

However, your financial institution may charge a conversion fee if you opt to pay in a currency different to that of the country your account is in.

Some financial institutions may also consider payments to Experience Co. as foreign transactions and charge a fee for this. We recommend that you check with your financial institution about their fees if you have any concerns.
