Booking an Adventure

Your adventure includes all accommodations, internal transport throughout the edition, activities mentioned on the gameplan, some anchor meals and experienced Facilitators to guide you throughout the adventure.

We do not include international flights to and from your destination.
If flights are required during your edition then these are covered in the cost and will be organised by Experience Co. 

You will find the details of the arrival and departure airports as well as arrival and departure times under the Important Notes section of each adventure.

While travel insurance is compulsory to travel with Experience Co., we do not sell insurance as we prefer to leave this open for you to find a policy that best suits you and your travel plans. We can recommend some options if you would like.

When you’re ready to book, simply login to the app, and make your deposit payment.
The departure date of your selected adventure will determine whether you can pay a deposit to secure your place or if the full balance is required at the time of booking.

Adventures starting within 60 days or less require full payment on booking.
Adventures more than 60 days from starting only require a deposit on booking.
