What is included in an adventure?

Your adventure includes all accommodation, during-the-edition internal transport, activities, meals and experienced Facilitators to guide you through the adventure.


Are flights included in the cost?

We do not include flights to and from your destination. If flights are required during your tour then these are covered in the cost and will be organised by Experience Co. 

You will find the details of the arrival and departure airports as well as arrival and departure times under the Important Notes section of each adventure.


Is travel insurance included?

While travel insurance is compulsory to travel with Experience Co., we do not sell insurance as we prefer to leave this open for you to find a policy that best suits you and your travel plans. We can recommend some options if you would like.

 

How do I book an adventure?

When you’re ready to book, simply login to your dashboard, and make your advance payment. The departure date of your selected adventure will determine whether you can pay a deposit to secure your place or if the full balance is required at the time of booking.

Adventures starting within 90 days or less require full payment on booking. Adventures more than 90 days from starting only require a deposit on booking.
