If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify the support team as soon the decision is made.
Your cancellation will only take effect after we have've acknowledged your cancellation request.
Cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days prior to the tour start date, calculated as a percentage of the total tour cost.
If a person travelling with friends or family cancels and this results in a change of room type (for example, Twin/Double to Single, or Triple to Twin/Double), the revised room cost will be the applicable of the remaining travellers by default.
If a guest fails to join the trip on the day of departure, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the tour cost, unless the guest informs us in advance of a delay and joins the trip later at their own expense.
Cancellation fees may also include any amounts that Experience Co. has already paid, or is contractually committed to pay, to third-party partner in order to deliver the travel arrangements and which cannot reasonably be recovered (for example payments made to airlines, hotels, or activity partners, etc.)
All tax paid are not refundable in all cases- but you can claim the TCS component while filing for ITR.
